Please read these Terms carefully because you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) by becoming a member or using our Services.
About Longevity Biomarkers
Longevity Biomarkers is available online at Apple iPhone App Store as "Longevity Biomarkers". The purpose of Longevity Biomarkers is to empower our users to influence their longevity by recording, understanding and controlling simple but meaningful biological markers, most of which can be easily gathered at home, with simple health and fitness gadgets.
Your account
From the Settings of Longevity Biomarkers iPhone App, you can at any time choose to cancel/end your account at your convenience. Please note that uninstalling the mobile application or closing your account will not automatically stop your subscription — you must actively cancel the subscription via Apple App store.
Your membership, including your email and password, is personal and may not be transferred or used by someone else. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree that you won’t disclose your Account password to anyone and you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them.
Longevity Biomarkers is not intended for use by persons under the age of 21.
Consult Your Doctor Before Use
Longevity Biomarkers is not a replacement or substitute for professional medical care. You must not rely on Longevity Biomarkers for any medical diagnosis or other advice, including diet and exercise, without a consultation with a healthcare professional. You must consult a healthcare professional in case of any health related problem or concern.
Longevity Biomarkers may only be used for informational purposes and our biological age algorithm can provide you with only an estimate. We aim to empower you with helpful information through the Services, but we make no representation, endorsement, or warranty of any kind about any Longevity Biomarkers Content, information, or Services.
Longevity Biomarkers cannot guarantee any health, weight and/or fitness results or improvements. Our Services are only intended for healthy adults, and please do not use our Services if you suffer from, or might suffer from, any medical condition that may be impaired by diet or exercise or other activities recommended in the Longevity Biomarkers. Longevity Biomarkers is not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use or misuse of the Services.
Longevity Biomarkers Premium
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to pay Premium membership fees. Premium membership fees, along with any required taxes, may be paid on a periodic basis such as a monthly or annual basis. All membership fees are payable in advance. Longevity Biomarkers reserves the right to increase or decrease membership fees at any time. Taxes, where applicable, may change in accordance with law.
Payments for membership are charged through your preferred App store account. You may elect to purchase either a monthly or an annual subscription.
Premium membership fees will be billed automatically at the beginning of the recurring (e.g. monthly or annual) period. These fees will automatically renew until your Premium membership is terminated or downgraded. Unless you are otherwise notified in advance, your membership fee will be the same as your initial charges.
You may cancel your Premium membership by downgrading through the Apple App Store. Premium membership cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. When your Premium membership ends, your account will change to a free membership. You can reactivate your subscription at any time under your existing account without having to open a new account, although Premium membership fees may have changed. You can request the deletion of your account at any time from your account settings.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided “AS IS,” without any warranties. Longevity Biomarkers does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software or other documents.
In no event shall Longevity Biomarkers be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Longevity Biomarkers’ aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) membership fees paid by the user; (ii) membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year.
Governing law and dispute resolution
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms and any action related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Longevity Biomarkers may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on Longevity Biomarkers App.
